About this guiding

The Baltic Sea, with its just 415,000 km² to the smaller seas. Due to the history of its origins, it is also a very young sea, originally pure freshwater. The actual connection to the North Sea and the associated saltwater inflow only emerged about 12,000 years ago, when the ice retreated from the central Swedish terminal moraines and a water connection between today's Kattegat and Gotland Basin in the south of Stockholm was created."> the central Swedish terminal moraines and a water connection between today's Kattegat and the Gotland Basin to the south was created by Stockholm. The salt water inflow from the west meets an enormous amount of fresh water, which flows over large rivers such as the Oder (Poland), the Vistula (Poland ), the Memel (Lithuania), the D&uum;na (Latvia) and the Neva (Russia) reach the Baltic Sea. This mixture of fresh and salt water makes the Baltic Sea one of the largest brackish water areas in the world.

A highlight for every angler in the Baltic Sea is catching a sea trout. Only a few years ago They were described as "the fish of 1000 litters, but the population has improved significantly through the renovation and restoration of the spawning waters. In addition, new spawning habitats were created and stocking was carried out on a large scale. In addition to trout, good cod as well as garfish and big perch are regularly caught off the coast in the summer months.

We offer you guided tours along the outer coast of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula and the island of Rügen as well as in front of Warnemünde,
Nienhagen, Citizen's End, Heiligendamm and K&uum;hlungsborn.

Our guiding is planned according to your individual wishes and needs. It is particularly suitable for advanced anglers and teaches the most successful tactics and techniques that are needed on site. But also for inexperienced anglers We are happy to accompany anglers on their first steps. We take the time to strengthen your skills and give you a certain ease in handling the fishing rod. Often it's just small things that stand between a "tailor's day" and the success of the catch.

About me: My name is Steven Carle from Green Guiding. I am a graduate conservationist and land use planner. Before studying, I learned to cook at the Kempinski Grand Hotel in Heiligendamm. I got into fishing through my father, who, shortly after the fall of the Wall, worked as a fisherman on Lake Convent, which was then still rich in eels Ter lake of Germany was considered. I was able to catch my first fish in the original lagoon lake. When I was almost 14 years old and caught my first sea trout, I was gripped by a passion for salmonids that still captivates me today. Aside from catching fish, I am also committed to protecting them. For example, in clubs and organizations such as the Salmonid and Water Protection Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania e.V. (Salmonid Protection Association). The salmonid protection association, like most fishing clubs in the state, is incorporated into the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania State Anglers Association. I have been a member of this since 1997. I am at home on the rivers and lakes as well as the Baltic Sea coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and enable my guests to enjoy adventurous fishing in almost untouched nature. Depending on the water, the main fish species on my tours are sea trout and cod, pike and perch as well as chub, eland and asp.
