About this guiding

Between March 16th and August 31st we fish on this stream from the bank or in waders in the water, upstream.
Basically 95% of the spots can be reached from the shore.
Small spinners (1 & 2 Mepps) or wobblers (LuckyCraft, DUO Ryuki, Smith D-Contact) are top scorers here.
Personal minimum height 30cm. Official minimum measurement 26cm.
The wild trout are beautiful and not farmed.
After ThymaliusThymalus (European grayling), the TruttaFario (brook trout) is my favorite freshwater fish.
Due to some flooding of the Bernese "Aare" river in recent decades, fish farms with rainbow trout have occasionally been inundated. As a result, there are now some equally wild rainbow trout in this beautiful stream.

Miscellaneous: A 4-6m wide stream rich in salmonids. Many small and large thresholds with beautiful depressions. Perfect during or after the rain when the water level is slightly above average.

About me: Yes, hello :) I started fishing in 1994 in Paraguay at the age of 9. It hasn't let me go since then and I can't imagine anything cooler than continuing to do this for the rest of my life. In Switzerland I fish exclusively in the canton (state) of Bern, in my opinion clearly the best canton for fishing. 2022 I was the location manager of a fishing charter in Mallorca for a year. There I was able to expand the number of species caught by a good 100 fish in one year. It was incredibly beautiful, educational and a long-awaited dream! Back in Switzerland I'm focused on Lake Biel with whitefish, pike, catfish, perch and perch. Also specialized in trout, grayling and barbel in all cantonal rivers. Including the large river "Aare" as well as streams such as Emme, Schüss, Ilfis & Gürbe. Lake Thun with its beautiful lake trout in the Bernese Oberland is also not entirely foreign to me. However, I am currently still in the “discovery phase” in order to expand my skills and offerings accordingly.
